Our products / services are sold through our website or through channel partners or at locale of the service.
Charges for usage of the Audio Guide Tours or Entry fee for the son-et-lumiére show are as notified at this site – subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to add languages or remove some, from the current language(s) or modify the timings of the usages of these services, at intended locale, or even discontinue partially or fully, at one locale or many locales, without any notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Once the entry ticket for the son-et-lumiére show has been purchased directly through this site and paid for, it can be refunded only if request is made a week before the scheduled show.
To clarify, if the show is booked for a Sunday, the entry charges can be refunded if the request for cancellation is made before the show timing on previous Sunday.
Shows booked through channel partners like Book My Show etc., can be cancelled only through them, on their terms of refund policy.
Only In extra-ordinary circumstances, direct bookings can be refunded, in full or part, provided the represented reasons of cancellation thereof, are approved by us.
Once you submit your request for refund, we shall notify you the receipt of the request and on approval or rejection of the request, we shall notify the same you through your e-mail.
If approved, our process for refund will be applied to your credit card or original mode of payment, within 2-3 weeks from the approval.
Audio & Multimedia Tours
For the multimedia and Audio guide tours, no refund is permissible, once the same has been purchased from the site or at locale.
On its purchased, the tour is valid until it starts.
It is advised that the tour must be undertaken, at locale or virtually, at the earliest: for prolonged non-use of the tour – after it has been purchased, we cannot warranty the validity of the tour for
For ease of control, such multimedia & audio-guide tours are currently not available through channel partners.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a notification of your refund, check your bank account.
If the information is not available in back account, contact your credit card company, it takes time for the transfer to be officially posted.
Next contact your bank – there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
